Pbwcreations creates personalised, laser‑engraved and custom‑printed gifts made to order in our Stockport workshop. All pricing is clear and honest, with engraving always included.

Pricing & Payment  
All prices shown are final and include engraving. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers.

Production & Dispatch  
All items are personalised and made to order. Standard dispatch time is 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated. For faster turnaround, customers may contact us via WhatsApp.

Returns & Cancellations  
Personalised items are exempt from standard returns once production has begun. If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact us immediately so we can resolve it. This does not affect statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
