At pbwcreations, we aim to deliver your personalised items safely and promptly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer UK domestic delivery only via the following services:
- Evri Standard – Home delivery, 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Evri Express – Home delivery, 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Home delivery, 2–3 business days after dispatch
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Custom and personalised items may require additional preparation time. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
3. Payment Options
We accept secure online payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay where supported. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant platforms. PBW Creations does not store full card details.
4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@pbwcreations.co.uk. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
