  • Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
  • Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. 📤 Uploads & Artwork

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files are high-resolution and legally usable.
  • PBW Creations may adjust artwork for optimal engraving or printing without altering the core design.
  • By uploading content, you grant us permission to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

4. 🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of order placement.
  • Refunds are only issued for defective items or errors caused by PBW Creations.
  • We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or user-uploaded design issues.

5. 📬 Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • PBW Creations is not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties.
